Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Blaine, MN to operate forklifts and cherry pickers, pick orders with high accuracy, and weigh/verify items for shipment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related job experience preferred.
• RF handheld experience preferred.
• Certified to operate forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Strong proficiency in English communication including reading, writing, and verbal interactions are required for complying with safety protocols and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to unload materials from incoming trucks.
• Accurately pick parts throughout the warehouse.
• Weigh product using the proper scales.
• Check part numbers and quantities with high accuracy.
• Pack orders into shipping cartons with correct customer details.
• Read customer order notes and fill orders with any special requirements.
• Maintain stock of warehouse and shipping supplies.
• Assist in counting physical inventory and perform audits as needed.
• Notify lead or supervisor of stock issues.
• Report defective materials or shortages to supervision.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
