Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
• $1000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $10/hr bonus for productivity after training
• Schedule: A Shift Rotating Schedule
• One 4-Day Week: Sunday - Tuesday, 4:30 am - 4:00 pm, plus additional prescheduled day
• One 5-Day Week: Sunday - Wednesday, 4:30 am - 4:00 pm, plus additional prescheduled day

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable and thorough
• Punctual with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Work within performance measurement guidelines
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Handle warehouse paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Support automated packing system maintenance during core shift hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
