Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Forklift Driver for 1st shift in Northlake, TX. The role involves using power industrial trucks to move and count merchandise, with possible Order Filler tasks and strict safety compliance.

You’ll store, ship and receive products to meet high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Candidates should have a GED or high school diploma, and at least 6 months of logistics/distribution experience plus forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations with accurate data entry.
• Pick, prepare, and ship orders to meet customer service standards.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments and report variances.
• Move products to production lines or staging docks efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and rotate stock as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, keep area clean, and operate equipment safely.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.
• Perform additional site-specific duties as required.
