Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a 2nd Warehouse Operator to manage shipments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. This full-time role requires forklift operation, 3+ years in logistics, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Location is USA - Bensenville. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proficient in MS Office to support daily warehousing activities and customer service delivery.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics.
• Material Handling Certification preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Qualification preferred.
• Forklift Operation and Certification required.
• Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• English preferred (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and complete shipments of goods between company and clients.
• Coordinate with off-site logistics locations, suppliers and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Process orders and ensure shipment schedules are met.
• Maintain operational reports and performance metrics.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service and carrier coordination.
