Atlantic Tire Distributors in Garner, NC is hiring a full-time General Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will manually move freight and materials, operate a forklift, and perform general labor as directed by the manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and move material within the warehouse.
• Review shipments and report shortages or damages.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark with information.
• Read work orders to determine assignments and equipment needs.
• Record units handled using daily sheets or handheld scanner.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Maintain a neat and organized warehouse area.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
