Job summary

Linde plc in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to provide reliable customer service to internal and external customers, maintain attention to detail, and complete tasks promptly. You will work closely with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service and branch management to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of warehouse experience, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

Must have a high School Degree or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
Experience in the gas industry is a plus.
Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining strong attention to detail and completing assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Interact professionally with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service and branch management.
Direct non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel for appropriate resolution.
Follow all Linde safety procedures and promote a safe work environment by encouraging others to do the same.
Safely operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage and transport products.
Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes and placing orders in designated delivery area.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring product is stored properly and areas remain free of debris.
