Job summary

Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operator. You will build mixed SKU pallets, load trucks with our ERP system, and assist with receiving materials. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential changes based on business needs.

Starting wage is $18.36/hour with increases through training and experience, up to $28.60/hour. A $3.00/hour night differential applies for 6:00pm–6:00am, and growth opportunities exist through cross-training and promotions.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience picking items in a warehouse setting.
• Experience driving a forklift.
• Forklift training is provided and forklift certification is required within 2 weeks of starting in the position.
• Experience working with an ERP and scan gun.

Responsibilities

• Build mixed SKU pallets for shipments.
• Load distributor trucks using our ERP system.
• Assist in receiving and storing finished goods and raw materials.
• Operate forklift safely in a busy warehouse environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
