Job summary

Maud Borup Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Delafield, WI. The role supports pallet staging, receiving, warehousing, and distribution under the Warehouse Manager.

You will ensure documents like BOL, packing slips, and POs align, assist with the production schedule to meet on-time deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety and SQF Level 2 standards. The position offers hourly pay and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensures BOL, Packing slip, and PO are in agreement during pallet staging.
• Assists with coordinating production schedule to reach 100% on-time deliveries.
• Assists with receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations per company policies.
• Under supervision, follows procedures to maintain inventory accuracy through physical counts.
• Inspects inbound/outbound carriers to prevent damage or contamination and ensure safe shipping.
• Maintains warehouse cleanliness and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Adheres to SQF Level 2 Food safety standards and reporting requirements.
