Job summary

Ballast Point Brewing Company seeks a Warehouse Operator to support shipping, receiving, and transfers of product and raw materials. You will upcoordinate inventory control, ensure orders are compiled accurately, and assist in constructing variety packs for distribution.

This role requires safe operation of forklift equipment, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. Strong communication and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote team-oriented, safety-first culture and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Assist shipping/receiving, load and unload trucks with a forklift.
• Move product safely using a lift truck and rotate stock FIFO for freshness.
• Document orders accurately and manage inventory with physical and digital checks.
• Assist in constructing variety packs for distribution.
• Communicate shortages to supervisor for reallocation or reschedule.
