Job summary

BEDGEAR is seeking a Warehouse Operator (I, II, III) in Rock Hill, SC to support daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. The role reports to the Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Manager or Coordinator and offers day shifts Mon-Fri with early start times.

You will use WMS and RF scanners, move materials, perform counts, and help unload inbound containers. Experience with forklift or pallet jack is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• English literate with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and safety training tests.
• Willing to work overtime and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient flow of materials and coordinate with leadership, production, inventory, and shipping teams.
• Accurately pick all order types (B2B and B2C) with 100% accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and perform daily pre-operational checks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving and unloading inbound containers.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanners to ensure systematic processes.
