Job summary

BEDGEAR is seeking a Warehouse Operator (I, II, III) to support daily warehouse operations such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role interfaces with leadership, production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure safe, accurate, and timely processes.

The position offers 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST shifts, with a 30-minute lunch break, in Rock Hill, SC. Candidates should be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and able to pass background

Responsibilities

  • Support efficient material flow and warehouse operations.
  • Accurately pick orders (B2B and B2C) according to tickets with high accuracy.
  • Floor load finished goods cartons to maximize space.
  • Conduct inventory counts with required accuracy levels.
  • Maintain stock levels to prevent workflow disruption.
  • Move orders from production to finished goods inventory.
  • Assist in receiving and validating inbound containers.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment.
  • Label, palletize, and stage inbound/outbound materials.
  • Use WMS and RF scanners for accuracy.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Warehouse Operator (I, II, III)

Department: Warehouse

Reports to: Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Manager or Coordinator

Hours Available: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (30-minute lunch break)

FLSA Class: Non-Exempt

Physical Address: 1953 Langston Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730

Salary Range: $16.00 - $22.00 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

What You'll Do

As our Warehouse Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse while partnering closely with warehouse leadership, production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure safe, accurate, and timely warehouse operations.

Essential Functions (included but not limited to)
  • Participate in all warehousing functions while following established safety and operational procedures.
  • Maintain inventory safely and accurately within the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick all order types (B2B and B2C) according to pick tickets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Efficiently floor load finished goods cartons on full truckloads or containers to maximize cubic space.
  • Perform inventory counts at required accuracy levels using current measurement techniques.
  • Ensure production areas maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent workflow disruptions.
  • Move completed work orders from production areas into finished goods inventory.
  • Complete receiving condition reports and validate received SKU and carton counts.
  • Assist in manual unloading and processing of inbound containers containing raw materials and finished goods.
  • Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse equipment as necessary to complete tasks.
  • Perform daily pre-operational checks on all equipment used in warehouse operations.
  • Label, palletize, and stage inbound and outbound materials accurately.
  • Utilize WMS and RF scanners to ensure systematic accuracy in all warehousing processes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse space.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
  • English literate and proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension).
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
  • Must be able to move constantly, quickly and efficiently to fulfill job duties.
  • Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when needed
  • Must be willing and able to submit to pre‑employment and random drug testing
  • Must be able to pass all safety training tests
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, including non‑temperature‑controlled production areas.
Preferred:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is a plus.
  • Prior experience handling a large number of SKUs (10K+).
  • Knowledge of eCommerce shipping is a plus.
  • RF scanner experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up skills.
