Nature’s Bakery is hiring a warehouse associate to operate power equipment and manage raw materials and finished goods on a rotating 6am–6:30pm schedule. You will read orders, pick and move merchandise, and ensure accurate inventory while following safety rules.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to learn warehouse systems like RF scanners and WMS/ERP. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes like receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (RF scanners, WMS, or ERP software is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, load, unload merchandise.
• Store incoming merchandise on racking systems and pull products for customer orders.
• Deliver packaging materials to drop locations on production lines and unload bulk ingredients into silos.
• Perform daily inspections of powered industrial trucks and assist with safety.
• Collaborate with all warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
