Job summary

Nature's Bakery, a fast-growing snack brand now part of KIND and the Mars family, seeks a Warehouse Operator to operate powered equipment, move and stock merchandise, load/unload, and support production lines with accuracy and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, a High School diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to read orders and use RF scanners. Shift: Days, 6am–6:30pm, rotating 2-2-3. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes like receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks per manufacturer instructions and safety rules.
• Build, adjust and secure pallets for safe transport.
• Read purchase orders and sales orders to locate products efficiently.
• Verify items pulled with documents to ensure accuracy.
• Transport palletized merchandise within receiving, staging, and loading areas.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Receiving, Finished Goods, and Raw Material intake teams.
