Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Fredericksburg, VA to support inventory management, packing, and shipping. You will handle order pulling, loading/unloading, and documentation while maintaining safe, orderly warehouse operations.

The role offers base pay up to $20 per hour with 2nd and 3rd shift differentials, biannual rewards and a strong benefits package including medical, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders and maintain an organized shipping/receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.
• Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and document orders.
