Job summary

TW Metals, LLC. is seeking an Operations employee with responsibilities spanning material handling, staging, and order fulfillment in a warehouse setting. The role requires operating cutting and powered industrial equipment and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

The candidate should be comfortable reading measurements, using tape measures and micrometers, and navigating an ERP system to record job data. High school education or better is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with reading measurements and tolerances.
• Ability to learn and safely operate cutting equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills applied to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Material handling, staging, and organizing materials for distribution.
• Pull materials from stock to fill sales orders.
• Verify material specs, quality, quantity, dimensions, and tolerances; document in ERP or tickets.
• Operate cutting equipment per work orders (Chop Saw, Band Saw, Plate Saw, Shear, Waterjet, Laser).
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, crane, order pickers) to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide general operations support and assist with routine checks.
