Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Generate required paperwork for orders and shipments.
• Coordinate last-minute shipping requests with operations.
• Prioritize orders based on pickup times and pier cutoffs.
• Provide shipping and tracking information as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Record and organize order data and documents.
• Enter and verify data for orders, shipments and receipts.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
