Warehouse Operator - Campbellsville, KY

Potential Tasks

  • Assist with all operations,
  • Record product codes and lot numbers,
  • Operate forklift, drive trucks, and other equipment on property,
  • Stack bags efficiently and safely,
  • Pick orders, load and unload products,
  • Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers,
  • Load bulk feed on trailers,
  • Blend ingredients to make finished feed,
  • Operate skid steer,
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understanding/following safety procedures, exhibit consistent, prompt attendance,
  • Able to meet physical requirements such as standing, sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust), lifting up to 55 lbs unassisted, shoveling material, and operating a vacuum; possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation,
  • Experience driving a forklift,
  • Strong math skills and familiarity with basic computer skills,
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

Schedule

  • Hourly position, Monday through Friday, with possible occasional weekends if needed.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Equipment Requirements

  • Candidate must provide steel-toed safety boots.
  • All other PPE will be provided by the plant.

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Compensation

Pay range: $18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and other factors. Overtime pay applies for qualifying hours.
