Job DescriptionWarehouse Operator - Campbellsville, KYPOTENTIAL TASKS- Assist with all operations,
- Record product codes and lot numbers,
- Operate forklift, drive trucks and other equipment on property,
- Stack bags efficiently and safely,
- Pick orders, load and unload product,
- Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers,
- Load bulk feed on trailers.
- Blend ingredients to make finished feed.
- Operate skid steer.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS - To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety procedures, Exhibit consistent, prompt attendance,
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuum, Possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation,
- Have experience driving a forklift,
- Possess strong math aptitude and be familiar with basic computer skills,
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
SCHEDULE- This is an hourly position Monday through Friday, (and possibly occasional weekends) if needed.
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within a team setting.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT- Candidate will provide their own steel-toed safety boots.
- All other PPE will be provided by the plant.
