Job Summary:
Warehouse Operators handle receiving, moving, picking, and shipping products within our warehouse. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), applying and scanning labels, and ensuring products are safely stored or loaded. The role reports to a Warehouse Supervisor and requires working in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and adherence to processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate equipment such as PIT, cranes, or trucks safely and efficiently.
2. Identify and suggest improvements in work processes.
3. Support receiving, shipping, and warehousing operations.
4. Research and resolve routine problems, escalating when necessary.
5. Communicate effectively, taking notes and asking questions to ensure understanding.
6. Work with supervisors to set goals, manage time, and meet deadlines.
7. Maintain safety standards and promote a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Job Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of warehousing experience.
3. Ability to operate PIT and other warehouse equipment, including at heights over 25 feet.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including at heights.
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
3. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work.
5. Availability for overtime and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
• Constant use of eye/hand coordination and grasping.
• Occasional climbing and overhead lifting.

Working Environment:

• Near moving machinery, with exposure to fumes, chemicals, and electrical risks.
• Occasional exposure to heat.
