Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Warehouse Operator to move material from trucks to warehouse locations, process material for Manufacturing and Production, and prepare finished goods for shipments. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency within our New Jersey facilities.

You will verify packing lists, load/unload trucks, pick components, locate inventory, and perform RF gun transactions while maintaining GMP and safe practices as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment handling receiving/shipping and picking.
• Forklift certified and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing lists and bills of lading.
• Load and unload trucks and expedite data-entry paperwork.
• Pick components/Raw materials for Manufacturing and Production.
• Locate inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Use RF guns for computer transactions.
• Complete tasks to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse machinery and equipment per checklists.
• Follow GMP practices in daily work.
• Perform tasks safely as directed by warehouse management.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for effectively moving material from trucks to warehouse locations, processing material to Manufacturing and Production, and then preparing finished goods for shipments.

What You Will Do

• You will perform warehouse functions by verifying packing lists and BOL’s
• You will load and unload trucks and expedite paperwork for data entry
• You will pick components/Raws for Manufacturing and Production
• You will locate inventory to appropriate locations and perform cycle counts
• You will perform computer transactions using the RF guns
• You will complete assignments efficiently and effectively to facilitate inventory records
• You will maintain warehouse machinery and equipment by properly utilizing checklists
• You will practice and understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• You will perform all process and practices in a Safe manner defined by the warehouse management team.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years working in a warehouse environment in various functions of receiving/shipping and picking.
• You can read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• You are Forklift Certified
• You can lift 50 Pounds
• You can perform high school graduate math functionality.

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location. Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
