The plant is designed for and has capacity to process 2.5 MM pounds of raw milk per day. The company is owned by a highly successful group of dairy farmers and related dairy professionals.Our mission is to be a world class dairy ingredient processor and marketer of premium milk powders with emphasis on quality, food safety, and profitability. Valley Milk sources 100% of its raw milk requirements from designated dairies owned and operated by the founding families, from over 34,000 cows within a 45-mile radius of our plant location.We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator. Two different schedules for this position one is M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional holiday days scheduled on a rotating basis with other warehouse staff members.Job Responsibilities:To load trailers/trucks with finished products in safe and efficient manner. Will receive inbound raw materials,and supplies. All warehouse activities to be performed in accordance Valley Milk, LLC, regulatory, and SQFrequirements.Job Duties: Load/unload trailer/trucks with product. Operate forklift in safe manner. Report maintenance issues as they occur and submit work orders when necessary. Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and work in a manner consistent with all company,regulatory quality, and sanitation requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure accuracy of overall inventory counts Handle cleaning chemicals in a safe manner utilizing safety equipment such as gloves, eyewear, etc. Clear cardboard, trash, and excess pallets from loading dock and receiving areas. Maintain safe environment and perform other duties in a safe manner at all times. Assist in training new operators Ability to function in a team based structure and positively contributes to team based efforts.
