Qualifications

• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP platforms (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to procedures.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy.
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Support material flow to meet production schedules.
• Maintain inventory records using warehouse systems or SAP.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Report and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures.

The Warehouse Operator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials within a manufacturing environment. This role ensuresaccurateinventory control, proper material handling, andtimelysupport of production and shipping requirements whilemaintainingcompliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
