Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. is seeking reliable Warehouse Operators for mid-shift, Mon-Fri 10:30am-7:00pm. You will support receiving, labeling, inventory control, and stocking of materials, coordinating timely deliveries within the facility and ensuring accuracy in ERP/WMS systems.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and basic DOE knowledge to support process improvements. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience reading tape measures and following

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; reading instructions and documents.
  • Ability to read tape measures and work instructions; follow safety PPE and GMP.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems and data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against PO and BOM specifications.
  • Organize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and material flow.
  • Resolve issues related to requisitions, inventory discrepancies, back orders, and shipment variances.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy with ERP/WMS real-time updates.
  • Coordinate transfer and staging of materials to support production and field ops.
  • Oversee stock levels and timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Support DOE and statistical analysis to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operators to support our production and supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient receiving, processing, labeling, inventory control, and stocking of materials, as well as coordinating timely deliveries within the facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse accuracy and supporting the continuous flow of materials to production. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure within a manufacturing environment and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills to advance your career in operations or production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials and components against purchase orders and Bill of Materials (BOM) specifications to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Strategically organize and manage warehouse layout, optimizing storage locations for efficient space utilization and streamlined material flow.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving issues related to material requisitions, inventory discrepancies, back orders, and shipment variances.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through real-time updates using ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Coordinate the transfer, stocking, and staging of materials to support production lines, R&D, and field operations.
  • Oversee and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing material shortages or excess.
  • Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies to support process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel is required.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered.
  • Must be able to read tape measure, work instructions, and other documents.
  • Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly and GMP.
