Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a warehouse associate in San Jose, CA to support picking, packing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting and receiving. You will help keep inventory accurate, maintain safe work areas, and drive daily operational productivity while collaborating with a team.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in material handling and WMS experience; forklift operation is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in material handling and warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP, PKMS).
• Knowledge of stand-up dock truck, walkie rider, and pallet jacks is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, auditing, loading and replenishment.
• Conduct cycle counting and receiving; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized, clean work area to support safe operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest process improvements.

What You'll Do

• Perform picking, packing, auditing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, receiving, and putaway activities.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Monitor inventory, orders, locations, equipment, and processes, escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, clear, and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor individual performance, understand key productivity metrics, and provide feedback on daily operational issues and process improvements.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of material handling experience
• 3+ years of experience with warehouse management systems
• 3+ years of experience in Stand-Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit-down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider electric pallet jack
• 3+ years of experience in operating computers
• 1+ years of experience working in a high-volume distribution center or large retail operation.

What Sets You Apart

• Career Readiness Certificate (CRC)
• Knowledge of SAP and PKMS Warehouse Management System
