Purpose and Mission

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, handling inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to efficient logistics processes.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; update inventory database and system; accurately count and categorize products.
• Goods Handling: load and unload trucks; stock shelves, racks, and pallets.
• Quality Control: inspect products for damage or defects; ensure proper labeling and packaging; keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Health & Safety: adhere to safety protocols and guidelines; promote a safe work environment; report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Dispatching & Shipping: prepare orders for shipment; follow shipping schedules and procedures.
