PDQuipment is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment team member to manage the day-to-day flow of inventory and equipment at our Texas facility. This hands-on role emphasizes inventory organization, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment, with some office and customer support duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with inventory systems, and takes pride in keeping a warehouse clean, accurate, and efficient.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory and equipment.
• Process inventory transactions in ERP and perform cycle counts.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and verify items against PO.
• Light assembly and manufacturing support as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with basic customer service.
• Support the nationwide team with sales and operations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, vehicles, and the facility.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory transactions in our ERP system and perform regular cycle counts
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and verify items against purchase orders
• Perform light assembly and manufacturing support as needed
• Answer phones and assist with basic customer service
• Assist our nationwide team with sales and operational support
• Help maintain warehouse equipment, vehicles, and the facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable using inventory or ERP software
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
