Jobsite Solutions Corp is seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment team member to manage daily inventory and equipment at our Texas facility. The role focuses on inventory organization, receiving, shipping and fulfillment, with some office and customer support duties.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable with inventory systems, aiming to keep the warehouse clean, accurate, and efficient. Hands-on warehouse work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving preferred.
• Comfortable using inventory or ERP software.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, stock, and maintain inventory and equipment.
• Process inventory transactions in ERP and perform cycle counts.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, including parcel and freight.
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and verify items against POs.
• Perform light assembly and manufacturing support as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with basic customer service.
• Assist nationwide team with sales and operational support.
• Help maintain warehouse equipment, vehicles, and the facility.
