Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Position Summary: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing and controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from receipt from vendors to shipment to internal and external customers. The position also involves operating equipment like electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Completion of forklift certification within 3 months of hire

Other Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations for tasks like checking and restocking supply carts, filling orders, relaying information, and documentation.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent accuracy in data transcription and entry, order taking over the phone, and following verbal and written instructions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in warehousing or manufacturing
