Scope of the Job:

Assist in material flows supporting re-manufacturing and distribution at the STC. Work as part of the warehouse team to maintain inventory control, handle product receiving and shipping, and ensure safety and efficiency, aiming for high customer satisfaction and operational targets.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries in terms of quantity and quality.
2. Label products and organize them accordingly.
3. Identify and locate products during delivery.
4. Ship, receive, unload, pack, and handle materials, maintaining inventory records.
5. Ensure timely processing of receiving and shipping to support customer service and supply chain efficiency.
6. Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain shelf-life adherence.
7. Maintain accuracy of inventory records for exchange pump pools, finished goods, and spare parts.
8. Issue and distribute spare parts for repairs and orders.
9. Distribute materials in production areas.
10. Unload freight manually or with equipment like forklifts, including hazardous materials.
11. Support inventory optimization and third-party order performance.
12. Assist with warehouse equipment setup and maintenance.
13. Maintain forklift certification and train operators.
14. Support operational projects, continuous improvement, and KPIs.
15. Keep work areas neat, perform light cleaning, and maintain equipment.
16. Adhere to safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
17. Coordinate training needs for team members regarding country, workplace, and product specifics.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Willingness to initiate continuous improvements and meet goals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
