Sirius Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a long-term contract in Allentown, PA. Please contact Sirius today for more information.

Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm, or 9:00am - 5:30pm

This role involves order picking and pulling while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pull, and prepare orders based on warehouse requirements.
• Handle light to moderate lifting, with 84% of orders weighing 5 lbs or less, 7% between 5-10 lbs, and 9% over 10 lbs.
• Ensure accurate stock organization and inventory levels.
• Assist in preparing, packaging, and labeling orders for shipment.
• Ensure outbound shipments meet quality control and accuracy standards.
• Support receiving operations by unpacking, sorting, and storing incoming material.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
• Required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, masks, steel-toed shoes, and long pants (PPE provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Steady work history, computer knowledge, attention to detail.
• Ability to walk 12 miles a day and stand all day.
• Prior experience working with chemicals is a plus.
