Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Forklift certification with demonstrated ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial setting with physical job demands.
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute bulk loading and unloading operations for tank trucks, railcars, ISO tanks, and raw material containers ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Perform product blending activities following established formulas, procedures, and quality specifications to meet customer requirements.
  • Package finished goods into appropriate container sizes and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
  • Support logistics operations by staging products and loading trailers for off-site warehouse and customer deliveries.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products safely across the facility.
  • Collect and manage product samples to support quality control and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal processes.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
