IFF, a global leader in flavors, invites you to join their South Brunswick, NJ team to produce high-quality flavor batches in a fast-paced environment. You will operate spray drying equipment, collect data, and ensure packaging accuracy per customer orders.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in process manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Onsite shifts include 2nd/2nd or swing with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a process manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic math and ability to follow technical instructions are essential.
• Forklift certification is required or preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP is expected for inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare flavor batches per shop floor instructions and schedules.
• Operate spray drying equipment and monitor conditions.
• Read and analyze data with lab tools (pH meters, particle analyzers).
• Verify materials against orders using ZFIS and ensure proper packaging.
• Backflush materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling gear.
• Maintain GMP and HACCP sanitation standards.
• Support cross-training and team flexibility.
• Work independently to manage off-shift production and respond to issues.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Prepare process‑based flavor batches according to shop floor instructions and production schedules
• Operate spray drying equipment and monitor process conditions
• Read, collect, and analyze data using lab tools such as pH meters and particle size analyzers
• Ensure proper packaging and verify materials against customer orders using ZFIS
• Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with GMP and HACCP guidelines
• Support cross‑training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility
• Work independently to manage off‑shift production and respond to unexpected situations

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Willingness to work 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts, including overtime as needed
