Order Selector / Warehouse Picker Position Overview

Full-time

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Order Selector / Warehouse Picker to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting beverage products, building customer orders on pallets, and preparing completed orders for shipment.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse position requiring frequent lifting, stacking, bending, reaching, and standing throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working with warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick beverage products by matching product numbers and descriptions using a voice-directed headset system.
• Repetitively lift and hand-stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds, including moving products from floor level to overhead.
• Build customer orders on pallets according to established stacking patterns and specifications.
• Operate an electronic pallet jack/walkie-rider to move completed orders safely throughout the warehouse.
• Hand-wrap completed pallets with shrink wrap and apply the appropriate labels.
• Move completed customer orders to the designated loading dock staging area.
• Inspect products and orders for accuracy and quality throughout the picking process.
• Report damaged products, incorrect store numbers, product discrepancies, equipment problems, or other issues to supervision.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
