Position SummaryThe Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, building, and staging customer orders for delivery. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are picked correctly, handled safely, and loaded according to company standards while maintaining productivity and quality expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAccurately select and palletize customer orders using pick tickets, voice-pick technology, or warehouse management systems.Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.Operate warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts (where certified).Organize and stage completed orders for loading and delivery.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with inventory control and product rotation.Report product damage, shortages, or discrepancies to management.Meet productivity, attendance, and quality standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to read and understand pick tickets and product labels.Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Reliable transportation and dependable attendance record.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution, or beverage industry experience.Experience operating electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.Experience with warehouse management systems or voice-picking technology.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.Ability to lift and move beverage products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate to high noise levels. Proper personal protective equipment and adherence to safety procedures are required at all times.
