Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC in North Dakota is seeking a Warehouse Operator to work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate storage and timely shipping of seed inventory.

You will stage customer deliveries, lift up to 68 lbs, complete forklift training, verify loads, and maintain inventory records and a clean, orderly warehouse. The role emphasizes safety, quality processes, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Operator works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accurate storage and shipping of seed inventory.

• Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time.
• Successfully pass forklift training and receive an operator's certificate.
• Verify the accuracy of staged loads for shipments.
• Provide accurate reporting of inventory activity including counts, product location and timely submission of paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Follow all Quality Management System processes and procedures.
• Assist with building and/or forklift maintenance as requested.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.

The Warehouse Operator works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately storing and shipping seed inventory to customers. Other essential job functions may include but not limited to:

• Performing work activities safely
• Staging customer deliveries to ensure that products are ready per customer request.
• Lifting and stacking materials up to 68 lbs. for extended periods of time
• Successfully pass the forklift training and receive an operators certificate
• Verify the accuracy of staged loads for shipments
• Ensuring accurate reporting of inventory activity including counts, product location and timely submission of paperwork.
