Job Description: Warehouse Operator at World Kinect

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Operator for World Kinect, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, warehousing, and preparing for delivery a variety of packaged and bulk lubricant and fuel products. This safety-critical role requires attention to the integrity of all handling and storage equipment, such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and totes. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to support departments including customer service, dispatch, supply/procurement, and delivery staff.

Pay: $20-$25 DOE

Responsibilities:

1. Receive inbound stock deliveries, document all materials accurately and promptly.
2. Perform monthly physical inventories of all products, assist with inventory reconciliation and control procedures.
3. Maintain facility organization and cleanliness, including spill mitigation.
4. Report and assist with spill clean-ups as needed.
5. Store items in an organized manner based on inventory turnover and storage requirements.
6. Determine optimal storage methods and locations.
7. Load delivery trucks in an organized manner, ensuring loads match documentation.
8. Review and sign off on truck loads for accuracy.
9. Assist with facility inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
10. Maintain safety compliance and proper storage of tools and equipment.
11. Inspect storage vessels for wear or damage, report concerns.
12. Drive company vehicles for product pickup or delivery, with proper authorization and documentation.
13. Ensure safety policies and OSHA regulations are followed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned, including physical warehouse tasks and working in various environmental conditions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in materials handling or warehousing preferred.
• Lubricant industry experience desired.
