Job summary

Essity is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Conover, NC to support daily warehouse activities and ensure timely product delivery. You will perform RF picking, use the WMS, and verify orders before packing and shipping. The role requires English proficiency, basic math, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic math aptitude and numerical accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform heavy and repetitive lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Be proficient in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to follow established procedures.
• Review and complete orders according to established guidelines and retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves.
• Read order forms to confirm numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Inspect inventory for defects and transport materials to departments using hand trucks, carts, pallets, or conveyors.
• Place merchandise in totes or cartons for processing and shipping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment, ensuring safety and timeliness.

• Read order forms to confirm the numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
• Inspect inventory items for defects before preparing them for shipment. Transport materials to departments using hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, lift equipment, or conveyors.
• Place merchandise in totes, shipper cartons, carts, or pallets to be processed in packing or wrapping stations before being loaded onto shipping trucks or containers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are
