Job summary:

Responsible for maintaining daily production and shipping to meet logistics requirements. Warehouse Operators support warehouse operations including finished goods conversion, receiving and shipping, packaging, and related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and execute work instructions across operations.
• Package products to meet customer specifications.
• Store, retrieve, label, record parts and assemblies, and perform warehouse tasks.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pack and unpack cartons.
• Set up and operate packaging machines; transport goods within the plant as needed.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs without mechanical aid.
• Operate a forklift on a limited basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience with shipping software like UPS Worldship, FedEx, DHL, Pitney-Bowes, including handling international paperwork.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Standing and sitting frequently, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional walking, hearing and vision capabilities, and occasional exposure to high/low temperatures, loud noises, and fumes. Mental tasks include occasional problem-solving, data interpretation, organizing, and frequent reading, writing, and communication.

Additional Requirements:

This position requires U.S. Person status under ITAR regulations.
