Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our Purina Animal Nutrition network across the United States. You will coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, operate a forklift, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.

This 1st shift role runs 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with overtime as needed. Pay is $26.20 per hour. Join a farmer- and member-owned cooperative committed to quality and safety.

Summary

This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our Agronomy Service Center and warehouse operations: coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load product using a forklift, organize storage areas, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Required Experience

• Basic computer skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Age: 18 years or older

Physical Requirements For Production Positions Regularly Include

• Able to lift 50lbs
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
• Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime
