Katalyst CRO is seeking a warehouse associate to move materials and finish products within a plant and warehouse settings. You will use forklifts, conveyors and handcarts to handle items, while adhering to SOPs and quality guidelines under general supervision.

The role requires forklift/Order picker experience, basic math, and clear English communication. A valid HS diploma or GED is required, with potential for growth in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Zero to one year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training.
• Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area.
• Effective communication skills understood by coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment.
• General computer skills.
• HS Diploma or GED required & must be verified.
• Must have forklift/Order picker experience.

Responsabilités

• Move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts and power trucks.

May maintain records. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

The job can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs. The position will have exposure to work near moving mechanical parts, extreme weather conditions and vibration. Occasionally the position will have exposure to work in high, precarious places and fumes/airborne particles. It is hot in the summer months (no AC) and cold in the winter months (limited heating). The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
