We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a variety of tasks related to the storage and distribution of goods within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks while also ensuring that the warehouse is organized and maintained in accordance with our company policies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be collaborating with team members as well as other departments to ensure seamless logistics processes. Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehousing, inventory control/receiving.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and shipping documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Store products in designated areas efficiently to maximize space.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
  • Prepare shipping documents and labels for outgoing products.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
