Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Chino, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Operator – Outbound to support daily shipment planning and execution. The role requires coordinating labor and capacity, monitoring orders, and ensuring safety compliance.

You will perform receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading, and operate certified equipment while coordinating with the China-based merchant service team.

Warehouse Operator – Outbound (Full-Time / Hourly)

Location: Chino, CA

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Position Overview

Assisting the Outbound Supervisor in daily shipment planning and execution, coordinating labor allocation and outbound capacity, monitoring order status, and supporting communication among warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outbound Supervisor with daily shipment planning and execution.
• Coordinate labor allocation and outbound capacity based on order volume.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on exceptions to ensure SLA compliance.
• Support communication and coordination across warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform daily warehouse tasks: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Loading/Unloading.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified.
• Follow SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate with China-based merchant service team.
• Train new hires and coach associates on SOPs.
• Assist with assigning tasks and work zones.
• Monitor workflow and flag delays or issues.
• Act as point-of-contact when supervisors are off the floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and warehouse policies.
• Identify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gaps.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards).
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate operational issues clearly to leadership.
• Assist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions).
• Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and complete.
