Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Billerica, MA is seeking a warehouse Receiving Clerk responsible for receiving materials, checking against PO/invoices, and recording deviations. You will use ERP systems and barcoding to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm shift.

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; Oracle experience preferred. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in warehouse/receiving roles, with attention to detail and safe handling practices.

Your Role

In this role you will play a critical part in receiving materials for manufacturing. Timely receipts of material are required per the schedule. Inspections of the material and matching them up against the specifications will ensure the material is qualified for manufacturing use. This role will be in Billerica, Massachusetts at our Third-Party Warehouse. Remainder of your day will be helping ship materials to our plants in China and France or receiving internal items shipped from our companies Distribution Center.

• Handle and transact incoming packages in warehouse.

• Maintain records of received goods, create deviation for unsatisfactory items when necessary.
• Use PC and navigate through systems for materials, barcoding, and ERP software.
• A Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse and receiving experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse and receiving experience.
• Oracle experience.

Pay Range for this position: $21 - $33 / hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
