About the role

What you’ll be doing

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality. Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, and freezer duties. The Warehouse Operator uses SAP, RF scanning, and bar-coding technology to execute tasks in assigned areas. Support for other material handling areas may be required.

This role requires working successfully with various mechanical parts, food fumes, airborne particles, extreme cold and heat, and loud noise levels. This role works PM Shift (6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule.

What you’ll need to be successful

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing preferred, especially in food manufacturing
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Basic English communication skills and ability to interact across organizational levels
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
• Data analysis skills with minimal guidance
• Problem-solving abilities involving multiple variables
• Ability to bend often and lift at least 50 pounds to various heights
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (walkie-rider, forklift, etc.)

Compensation: $27.89 USD/hour + bonus eligibility. The target compensation reflects the posting time; actual hiring compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and organizational needs.

Shift Differential Pay: $2.00 USD/hour.
