In the role of Warehouse Operative and Driver at Supply Technologies, you will be integral to both warehouse operations and logistics. Your duties will include handling goods in and out, picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory control, safely operating warehouse machinery like forklifts, and executing deliveries to customer production sites. Additionally, you will service Kanban stations to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of warehouse operations and ensuring timely, accurate product delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
2. Prepare and complete orders for receiving according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, store).
3. Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
4. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
5. Report any discrepancies.
6. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
7. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
8. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
9. Ensure the company uniform is worn at all times and is in a clean condition.
10. Be available for and competent at general warehouse duties as required.
11. Assist in training new warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
12. Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
13. Establish and maintain excellent relations with customers.
14. Review and verify delivery notes for accuracy.
15. Perform any other duties as defined by management.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
2. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects.
5. A current UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
