Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Deliver Driver (Secret) for an exciting opportunity located within the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR), supporting locations to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), and Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB).).

Job Description and Responsibilities

ESM is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate / Deliver Driver (Secret) who demonstrates the following capabilities and satisfies the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements. Employee responsibilities include:

  • Warehouse Operations: Provide forware supply point (FSP) services to manage, maintain, and deploy IT equipment while tracking the lifecycle via a CMDB such as Remedy. Responsible for tracking and reporting on all accountable IT assets. There are more than 50,000 accountable configuration items at this time, which require an inventory touch each year through automated or manual means. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables as required by the contract. Deeploy IT equipment for Tech Refresh, Deskside Support, and Routine Requirements requests and meet all Service Level Requirements (SLA). Identify obsolete, broken and out of warranty equipment. Provide daily inventory reports as well as maintain a threshold of assets for deployments.
  • Driving Duties: Must be able to drive box truck (26ft) and utilize manual or motorized pallet jack to transport equipment and materials between facilities while following security protocols and chain of custody procedures, conducting pre-trip inspections, and maintaining driving logs. Support loading and unloading from point to point.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

  • Excellent team skills, must be thorough, must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to established deadlines
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help necessary

  • Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, management, and government customer
  • Working knowledge of BMC Remedy modules, especially Asset Management is preferred.
  • CAMP or CHAMP Certification is preferred

Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • High School
  • Valid Drivers License (Real ID) with ability to obtain a DOT certification

Minimum Clearance

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of both Warehouse Operations and Driving duties.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Ability to drive, sit, stand, walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer
