Pilgrims at Windmill Lane are looking for an Operative to join their warehouse team.

In this role, you will need to deliver excellent results by following standard work, enabling the efficient flow of product and material, and continually improving the work environment. You will help the team achieve the required metrics for the area, with a key focus on colleague safety, throughput, and adherence to standards.

People

• Ensure that all tasks to be carried out have been formally risk assessed. If not, carry out a dynamic risk assessment and report your findings to your team leader.
• Promote positive behaviors and encourage team members to work safely, especially when unsafe practices are observed, embracing the “Go for Zero” initiative.
• Complete any safety checks required for your role and ensure the environment is as safe as possible for all team members.
• Follow standard work procedures, raising any safety concerns with the appropriate person at the right time.
