Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience operating a forklift in a high-efficiency environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend during shifts.

Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for fast-paced and motivated warehouse operators to perform a variety of tasks including picking, pulling, building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery. Operators are responsible for safely operating various material handling equipment within a warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environment.

REQUIREMENTS include:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manually handle cases up to 6-8 high
• Ability to work in wet and cold environments (35-40°F)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and nut allergens (if applicable)
• Minimum six months experience operating a forklift in a high-efficiency environment
• Forklift operator's certification and passing a skills test
