Pay is up to $20/hour with weekly pay and potential for permanent placement after 90 days. Shifts run Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:30 PM, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Warehousing/Stores preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with aisle master or Bendi trucks desirable.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Available for flexible hours.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage goods inwards, verify paperwork, and assess quality.
• Stock management and proper storage.
• Pick and dispatch goods accurately for fabrication, site, or spares.
• Maintain 5S standards and suggest improvements.
• Ensure equipment safety and proper setup.
• Assist routine stock counts and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with couriers for shipping orders.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day warehouse operations in Cleburne, Texas. Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, dispatching, and shipping parts while maintaining strong housekeeping and safety standards across the work area.

Pay Rate

$20.00/hour

Available Shift Times

• Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
