Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Associate/Worker roles with pay starting at $20.05 per hour and a range up to $22.96 per hour. Additional shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 per hour may apply based on eligibility.

Roles involve packing, loading, shipping, and inventory handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Eligible team members may receive a comprehensive benefits package, plus a 10% store discount and 20% wellness/products discount.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Able to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must understand, speak, and read English sufficiently to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend safety trainings for a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Move inventory and freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently and in a team.
